Northwest Driver Rehab is a division of Assistive Technology Solutions, Inc. We have been providing services to persons with disabilities throughout Washington State since 1999. Our referrals come from families, physicians, schools and state and federal agencies.
Mark Russel, the founder and owner has been working in the field of assistive technology since 1983 in a variety of educational and medical settings. He is a Certified Driver Rehabilitation Specialist and a Certified Assistive Technology Professional.
His interest in assistive technology began while working as a Speech Language Pathologist in the early 80’s when personal computers were beginning to show promise as effective tools to help individuals with severe communication impairments. That interest grew into his passion for helping persons with disabilities to benefit from a wide range of emerging technologies to improve their independence and quality of life at home, school, work and play.
